Exclusive License Agreement

1. The signee(s) below, as the author(s), attest that they are the owners of all materials included in the above Article and its associated rights such as copyright, or they have rectified any rights issues with third parties.

The signee(s) below, as the author(s), grant TUOMS PRESS, an imprint of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences (the Publisher), exclusive rights and license to publish and distribute the above Article, submitted to (the Journal), in print and electronic forms, as Open Access and licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0), while retaining the copyright to their work.
